Equipment
As a resource for race promoters, here is a complete equipment list that the WSBA has to offer as a PDF. This may be used as a checklist of things promoters may need for their events.
Some of the most important resources available from the WSBA include (costs vary depending on the event):
All fees for WSBA equipment are due when equipment is picked up.
The promoter will pay a flat rental fee per event depending on how much equipment is needed.
Small Use - Criterium or TT that just uses the camera, numbers and radios and a few signs: $100
Medium Use - Road Races & TT that use the above plus the signs and car equipment: $200
Large Use - Stage Races that are multiple days and use all the equipment: $300
To arrange for WSBA equipment rental, please download the Microsoft Word version of the equipment list, fill it out and email an electronic copy to the Equipment Manager. You can get their email address from the contact page.
Metal Fence rental (not part of the WSBA equipment) can be arranged by contacting David Wamsley at wams [at] comcast [dot] net. It is stored in Olympia and pickup should be coordinated, cost is $100. Delivery and pickup can be had for a separate charge.
